I am an architecture student and I collaborate with other architects to creatively document their work.

In my photography, I strive to go beyond my initial impression of the space. I am interested in bridging the inspiration for the project with how the new architecture became situated and tailored to the specific site and the needs of the clients; what is the effect and functionality of the space after its completion, and what are the specific elements that stand out or encapsulate the atmosphere of the project?

My pictures are natural; I work primarily with the light present in the space, and I purposely avoid deep processing that might come across as artificial. I prefer to photograph spaces as they are used, filled with people and life, where the atmosphere reveals what it is actually like to inhabit the chosen materials, detailing, and specific practical solutions.

Telling the story of the transformation a space undergoes is strongly rooted in the ambitions of the architect as well as the identity of the customers; my work is meant to be a narrative extension of the project, hence good communication is very important to me. Ideally, you come along and tell me how the project came about and then I photograph that story.
